Humdrum Fun

Waitangi day has been and gone, school is back, and the sun is setting earlier. Yes, we are back to reality, the humdrum of daily routine.
The good news is we can add some fun to our weekly routine. We can take a class in a new interest, find an alternative walking spot we haven't been to before, sit in nature and draw or read, take our bare feet for a walk down the beach.
It's so easy to get caught up in life, we sometimes forget to take a little time for ourselves to breath, relax and recharge to aid our mental health and boost our endorphins.
So treat yourself and take a moment to breath, relax and revitalize.
