Silver Rings

Ring Making

This great one-day class runs from 10am - 4pm with a lunch break. It is ideal for beginners, but experienced students are also welcome.

amazing earrings

Earrings and Pendants

Spend a day working with traditional jewellery tools and time-honoured techniques, crafting hand-made sterling silver earrings (or pendants) from scratch!

Over the day, you’ll be guided through the process of heating and texturing metal, cutting, shaping, soldering and crafting hand-made earring hooks or pendant connections from silver wire. Learning to make your own earring hooks is a game-changer for special earrings, allowing you to customise your designs and elevate the value of your work!

You will begin by practising on texture samples to work out what texture and what metal you want to go with and practising cutting and filing. You will plan your project design with your tutors before moving on to craft your earrings in either warm copper or yellow brass - with solid sterling silver earring hooks or posts.

Your class materials pack includes everything you need for the class (including silver) and extra materials or items like sterling silver chains are available to purchase in the studio.
