I love making. I have been making jewellery for over 25 years, and teaching others these skills for over 20 years. Everyone has a slightly different way of making, in the way you hold the tools, how you want to work, and what you like to make. My aim is to show you the ways that might work for you, and to give you a head start on your learning journey with tips and tricks that have been tried and tested over many years and many many students. My personal style is what I call "perfectly imperfect". I love to create beautiful wearable jewellery that gets better with the wear and tear of life. I love soldering. I make my more artistic work under my own name, and I also am part of THE WILD which is a gorgeous range of NZ themed jewellery I make in collaboration with Annie.
