Service Description
This is a 3-hour class focusing on torch-fired enamels on copper and silver. It is a taster class open for beginners. It is a great opportunity to make a Christmas gift for a loved one or just indulge yourself! Create a simple yet beautifully textured pendant in metal, and learn how to apply glass enamels to your piece! Beginners to metalwork can use pre-formed shapes, so they can focus on creating bright funky patterns. Those with some metalwork experience can take on a more advanced textured piece. Included in the price are 2 shapes and a cord and non-precious pendant findings. Extra silver materials (such as silver chains) can be purchased in the studio on the day. Kids aged 12 (or so) are welcome to attend the class, but an enrolled parent or caregiver must accompany any person under the age of 16.

Below are the Terms & Conditions for our classes. For information on access and parking info for both studios, please visit the FAQ page on our main site. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WORKSPACE CLASSES: We require all class fees to be paid in full before the start date of the class and any extra materials taken to be paid for at the last class. Workspace will not offer refunds or make up classes for any reason. Our classes take only between 6 and 10 students at a time and we cannot accomodate moving students between classes or offering extra classes. Please choose your class carefully. Students must follow all health and safety guidelines and all safety instructions from the tutors at all times. Workspace reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class if circumstances require it, students will be refunded if this is the case. By enrolling in our classes you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
